Foods That Trigger Gout:

If you only knew which foods triggered another painful gout attack you could avoid them!
There is a whole list of foods that are "purine rich foods". Some are obvious no -no's and other might surprise you.

Cakes and Pies,

Yeast Products,
Alcohol,
Organ Meats:kidney , liver.
 Meat!Avoid all meat including poultry.
